1. Services Provided

Prestige Christmas Light Installation (“we,” “our,” or “us”) offers professional Christmas light design, installation, maintenance, and takedown services. Specific details, timelines, and pricing will be provided in your service quote.

 

2. Booking & Scheduling

  • Services are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Early booking is recommended to ensure your preferred installation date.

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

 

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

  • Payment is due according to the terms provided in your quote or invoice.

  • Late payments may result in additional fees.

 

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the property is accessible on the scheduled installation or takedown date.

  • Provide access to electrical outlets as required for the installation.

  • Remove any obstacles that may interfere with safe installation.

 

5. Materials & Equipment

  • Unless otherwise agreed, all lighting and materials are provided by Prestige Christmas Light Installation.

  • Any customer-provided lights or materials must be approved for safety and quality before installation.

  • Commercial-grade materials remain the property of Prestige unless purchased outright by the client.

 

6. Maintenance & Repairs

  • We provide in-season maintenance for lights installed by our team.

  • Repair requests will be addressed promptly, typically within 48 hours.

 

7. Takedown & Storage

  • Takedown services are scheduled for January unless otherwise arranged.

  • Optional storage services are available for an additional fee.

 

8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled service date to receive a refund of any deposit.

  • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 7 days before service.

 

9. Liability

  • We are fully insured and take all necessary precautions to protect your property.

  • We are not liable for damage caused by faulty customer-provided materials, extreme weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

 

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
